Full-time and Remote
As an SDR within the B2B team, you’ll be responsible for establishing connections with our inbound leads and identifying potential new customers that haven’t engaged with us yet. Your goal is to connect and in the best case book further meetings with our team of talented Account Executives . You will do this by being extremely driven, able to think outside the box and wanting to go above and beyond for simpleclub and partners to achieve your goals.
You will be reporting to the VP of Sales and collaborating with him on implementing a clear workflow to find new and efficient ways to qualify leads in order to help simpleclub achieve our vision of educating the world.
In this role, you will get the unique opportunity to shape the growth of a simpleclub and impact the way companies all over Germany train their apprentices during the first years of the job. Your customers will be German speaking in the foreseeable future!
How will you make an impact:
•You will initiate sales opportunities with a split between outbound and inbound leads, navigating accounts and hunting for qualified prospects to set meetings with
•Bring in your own ideas on creative prospecting to further improve our qualification channel, identifying our top customers, market segments and delivering our value proposition to them by executing multi-touch campaigns
•Implementing a solid end-to-end workflow for your own day to day work
•Constantly challenging yourself to learn new things and improve your prospecting skills
•Collaborate with the rest of the team to move prospects through the sales funnel to closure
What we value:
•Previous Sales experience. At least 1+ years of experience in a B2B/SaaS company
•Success-track. You have a proven track record of driving positive results within a sales team
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. You can lead a conversation with confidence and determination.
•CRM experience. You are proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
•Resilience. You know how to bounce back from setbacks and handle objections to create new and better opportunities
•Customer-centric. You are able to handle objections, bring solutions to the table and build rock-solid relationships with all our customers
•Collaboration mindset. You are a team player
